• Visit at least four times per year (legally required, but more is recommended).
• Keep records of all visits for your annual report.
• Ensure your ward has active Medicaid/Medicare coverage.
• Submit recertifications on time.
• Work with co-guardians (if applicable) to ensure medical bills are paid.
• Explore additional resources (prescription aid, senior centers).

✔ Monitor medical care in hospitals/nursing homes.
